Welcome to TrustFund. By using TrustFund, you agree to use it responsibly, give accurate information, and respect the members, organizers, Circles, and givers who rely on the platform to move money with proof.

1. What TrustFund does

TrustFund helps people and associations raise, collect, and give — through verified identity, funds that are released against published proof, and a receipt for every contribution. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its security, or publish misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent requests.

2. Organizer responsibility

Organizers and Circle officers are responsible for the accuracy of their pages, milestones, updates, and supporting proof. TrustFund may review, suspend, or remove anything that breaks platform standards or misleads givers.

3. Contributions, payouts and fees

Contributions are processed through approved payment providers. TrustFund does not take a percentage of a gift. Where a campaign uses milestone-gated payouts, funds are released against published proof and paid to a verified account under dual approval. Release timing and any service charges depend on the campaign or association setup and applicable requirements.

4. Content and conduct

You remain responsible for what you publish — comments, updates, and media. Do not post anything deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to others.

5. Changes

TrustFund may update features, rules, and policies as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
